Free class Monday at 4 for first time members. This is a slow paced, skill focused class intended to prime beginners on the Kettlebell basics. For all skill levels and no previous exercise experience required.

Every class is open to all skill levels. Workouts will be assigned to participants based on their skill set, goals and overall training regiment. Instructors will ensure proper technique while offering variations for each person to ensure the most efficient training during each class.

Private and Semi-Private training is directly programmed to your goals, which will include Kettlebell and boxing training, but also will incorporate body weight training, cardio equipment and any other tools needed to help you achieve your goals more efficiently.
